Who's that girl?
Chanon is an self-educated, expressive artist.
Chanon was born and raised in Amsterdam on April 1st 1979.
Chanon paints from the heart. What her heart tells her reflects in her view of life and her identity.
Chanon creates personal art, without rules and restrictions.
In this world, with the big package of demands, where life is demanding, Chanon wants to let go of all technical restrictions and create space for the feeling that the modern day society is forgetting... "Feeling".
Her work is inspired by themes from her own life. In the last 6 years Chanon told her story, mostly by using acrylic, on differend materials. Cardboard, acrylic resin paper, water-colored paper, screens and regular paper.
