Job Summary The Grolsch Brand Ambassador is responsible to execute the marketing and sales program in her/ his local market. He/ she is managing the various elements of the program in order to deliver optimum results.
Essential Functions · Responsible for local sampling program - Select Grolsch neighborhoods ‘Green Light ART Districts’ - Select art events/ Create event calendar - Liaise with art partners/ promoters/ magazines - Attend/ support art events - Responsible for branding and presentation Grolsch on events - Generate PR, free publicity opportunities - Meet sampling related targets (KPI’s) · Providing sales support/ targeted selling - Create (art) account target list - Presenting Art Program to wholesalers - Providing on the job training regarding Grolsch, Art Program and promotions - Making joint sales calls with sales reps - Generate sales opportunities and leads through art contacts/ events · Reporting & evaluation - Provide KPI information - Share best practices - Support to execute awareness test
Additional Responsibilities · Contribute in newsletter: intothegreenlight · Contribute in creating sales and events collateral and/ or signage
Job Qualifications: · BS Degree · Dutch language skills preferred · 3 years of Sales and/ or Marketing experience · Experience in beer industry is a plus · Experience in art world is a plus · Excellent commercial, analytic and presentation skills
Conditions: · Consultancy basis · Flexible hours: weekends, day time and night time · Authorized to work in the US · Office at home (Laptop) required · Part time: 4 days/ week
