Yes, it's very popular as an investment, particularly the teak yields and location. ?The projected yields are over 25% CAR per year for the teak/land combined (and our projections are very conservative!) ?Spreading investments into a new currency and buying commodities is working very well in the current environment.
The whole domaine is fully maintained, and the exit strategy is fantastic also... once you've sold off the commodity investment (which keeps growing regardless of credit crunches), you've still got the land in your name. (Jos tried to buy more land in this project, and couldn't as the price had grown by too much - prices in this area grew by over 30% last year alone).
As your plot has entry gate and access road, you can then build on it, or sell the land ready to build on to a US/Canadian Baby Boom investor, or alternatively replant teak (20 years) or Melina trees (10 years). ?
