Interested in teak and land investments in Costa Rica?

We specialise in ethical, environmentally-friendly, high-yield investments.

The developer behind these developments is Dutch as are most of the investors. ?Dutch are so much more savvy when it comes to investments of this nature...

    Main points of the investments:

    High yields
    Low entry point
    Hassle free maintenance
    USD teak trade
    Commodity investment
    Good exit strategy
    Clear title deeds
    Strong economy
Developed land with private access road/gate to plot

Send me an email at for more information.

    Kind Regards,

    Hey Mark,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it's very popular as an investment, particularly the teak yields and location. ?The projected yields are over 25% CAR per year for the teak/land combined (and our projections are very conservative!) ?Spreading investments into a new currency and buying commodities is working very well in the current environment.

The whole domaine is fully maintained, and the exit strategy is fantastic also... once you've sold off the commodity investment (which keeps growing regardless of credit crunches), you've still got the land in your name. (Jos tried to buy more land in this project, and couldn't as the price had grown by too much - prices in this area grew by over 30% last year alone).

As your plot has entry gate and access road, you can then build on it, or sell the land ready to build on to a US/Canadian Baby Boom investor, or alternatively replant teak (20 years) or Melina trees (10 years). ?

The company is also offering the NL Borrels network a buyback guarantee for Sept/Oct. ?We will buy back the plot from you for 150% of the original price ? (terms and conditions apply), simply for being Dutch! ?(Make sure to mention 'NL Borrels' network)

I'll get back to seperately with more detailed information.

Looking forward to your feedback ?
