Is someone still in charge of putting together monthly "borrel" evenings? Cornelia Restaurant in Lakeview, which is Dutch owned, her name is Edie van der Hoeven, would gladly open her restaurant for the Dutch to congregrate once a month. She'll also make the bitterballen and anything else we want. If interested she would do her best to get us fresh haring every month also.
