    Administrator, HR Operations – Fluent Dutch Speaker (combined with fluency in French preferred)

    What you become a part of

    Within this HR role, you will work with a range of recruiters, payroll teams, line managers, HRBPs from the Benelux region. The HR Administration team is responsible for providing operational and administrative recruitment support, contract changes, maintaining personal information during the employee life cycle, being responsible for organizational management in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    What we expect of you

    Key Accountabilities

    Fluency in Dutch is required, combined with fluency in French preferred.
    Communicate with candidates to ensure positive candidate experiences.
    Produce offer letters and employment contracts and all associated documentation for New Hires and internal moves.
    Manage all recruitment documentation and requisition files for the global talent acquisition process in compliance with CCE standards creating forms, pro-actively involved in improving processes.
    Raising PO’s for job agencies, recruiters, assessment centers, test papers, recruitment marketing etc.
    Generate candidate expenses on behalf of the recruiters for travel arrangements whilst attending assessment centers.


    School leaving qualifications, preferably with Higher Education results in Human resources.


    Human resources experience/recruitment admin preferred in a shared services environment.
    Excellent Microsoft office skills
    SAP literate; Position checking, data input, reports and creating positions.
    Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
    Team worker


    Native Dutch/French preferred, fluent Dutch/French considered
    Fluent English
