Technology is supposed to make us more effective and productive. Yet, in corporate communications the opposite seems to be true. Whereas in ancient times people loved to listen to stories told around a camp fire, today most executives dread sitting through boring PowerPoint presentations. Death by PowerPoint has become a cliche.

NAF-Biz New York is pleased to present an international networking reception in cooperation with the Netherland Club of New York and the Dutch Financial Club on the following topic:

HOW TO AVOID "DEATH BY POWERPOINT" - ACHIEVING RESULTS WITH THE RIGHT PRESENTATION

Jan Schultink is the CEO of Idea Transplant and an internationally recognized expert in presentation design. His blog is one of the world's most read publications on the subject. In tonight's presentation, Jan will be drawing both on his experience as a presentation designer and his decade long career as a strategy consultant with McKinsey&Company, to share some of his secrets to make our PowerPoint presentations more exciting and more effective.
